loading data from outlook
In the data source combo box, found in the Data source tab of the Group settings
of the dialog box, the last item group is reserved for
loading data from address lists
that might be installed in the system.
Loading data from Microsoft Outlook is a completely automatic procedure.
The data import is only possible on systems where Microsoft Outlook is installed. In such cases, when starting the data load procedure, the user might be prompted by a dialog box asking for confirmation to enable Outlook data to be read. This will depend on the security settings enforced in the system.
