1. How can I get Labeljoy?
You can download and test the free trial version of Labeljoy. If you are satisfied, you can purchase a license. You will then receive a registration code that you can use to convert the trial version into an activated, fully functional version. If you are not satisfied with Labeljoy, you can simply uninstall it.
3. How can I pay for Labeljoy?
Labeljoy can be purchased by bank transfer (within the EU only), PayPal, or credit card.
4. When I buy Labeljoy will I get a CD?
No, after the purchase you will receive an email with the registration code and the invoice to the email address you indicated on the order form.
5. Can you send me a CD?
Labeljoy is only available as a download. You will always be able to download an updated version on our website at any time.
6. If my PC is stolen, my hard disk is broken or I need to re-format it, will I have to reinstall Labeljoy?
Yes, and you should still have your registration code. Download the Labeljoy setup package again from our website, install the trial version and then reactivate it by entering your code.
7. On how many computers can Labeljoy be installed using one license number?
On one computer per license.
8. How long does it take to receive the registration code after placing my order?
That depends on the payment method:
Bank transfer: You will receive the registration code and the invoice after our bank account has been credited. Please allow a couple of days.
Credit Card/PayPal: You will receive the registration code and invoice upon processing of the online transaction. Usually within a few minutes.
In case you should not receive any e-mail within two hours, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
9. How does the technical support work?
Customers with an active license can contact the technical support by e-mail or live chat for one year without any restrictions. After the first year customers may open a support ticket on the website.
10. What happens after I have placed my order?
Once your order has been processed successfully, you will receive an e-mail with your registration code, usually within maximum two hours. Follow the instructions for product registration indicated in this e-mail.

11. How can I get a special discount?
We offer discounts for Multi-license packages on an ongoing basis. Details can be found on the purchase page. In addition, we offer special discounts from time to time. If discounts are available, they will appear on our website.
12. I lost my registration code. Can you help?
Certainly! Please submit your request from the contact page. Do not forget to indicate the e-mail address you used when you purchased the license or your order number. We will match your information with our customer database and resend you the registration code.
13. I purchased Labeljoy, but when I print my labels they still show the watermark “Labeljoy – TRIAL VERSION”. How can I remove the watermark?
After purchasing your Labeljoy license you will receive an e-mail with a registration code. You have to enter the code under “Registration” in order to activate your purchased version and remove the watermark.
